I have an error message, 'cannot read texture image', can anybody help please?

sounds video card driverish... can you explain further? What were you doing when it happened? Machine config.. can it be replicated? The more info the better...

Hi sorry I have been away. For some reason the texture file for 'Chrome' had been deleted. I am sure I did not do it, but I cannot explain why it happened. I found it in recycle bin and restored it.
