What kooky software do they use to create patent pictures?

Anyone know what that kooky software they use to create the patent pictures? It's definately a 2d software.
Can I simulate that style with proe and be acceptable to the patent lawyers?

They can be done in Illustrator or other vector author

It would be nice to use our drawings as they are.

Using Microsoft Word can do the trick

Micrografx soft was good for me. What matter the most is to hve an access to all lines and curves in the imported CAD drawing.
